The best way to get over fear is to strengthen your prayer life, keep your faith so you can turn your focus to the most powerful weapon which is
"THE WORD OF GOD!!"
Often, it's hard to express your love and support to someone going through difficult times. You don't know what to say, what to do, how to help or how to proceed in that moment. The most important thoughtful thing, though, is to let that special loved one know that you are there for them, no matter what!!
